Keeping your products up to date!

It is also possible now to receive a progress notification concerning products. In the upper right of the menu is the ‘Company settings’ icon ‘http://stoffenmanager.acc.tfe.nl/System/Images/Icons/companySettings.png’ where you as administrator can modify different things. There is also an extension here for the ‘Notification settings’ that had already been available for the risk assessments. This is now also available for products.

In the notification settings you can now assign a standard validity date for products in years, for example, 1 year for a CMR product. When the validity date of the product expires, notification is then given in the notification screen and in the log. This will be made visible in the product summary. This enables you to keep your products up to date. Besides this generic notification date, you can also assign a specific expiration date per individual product in the first screen of the respective product. This specific date thereby overrules the generic assigned date.
